Life is a journey, not a race!

Well all, this is officially my first post on the new blog. As some of you know I have blogged in the past, but people change and people grow, and when life takes you down different paths your message changes as well. Blogging is not only a creative outlet for the writer, but it can also make a huge impact in others lives as well. Sometimes when your message changes, so do your followers. So here we are.

Over the last few years I have really struggled with trying to find out who I really am. It's a tough realization as we get older and things start changing in our lives that we don't expect. I have had a few times that have literally brought me to my knees in pain, and tears. When those times hit, it really threw me off my game. At that point I went looking for answers, I needed to get control of my life again. It has truly been a process, and a not so comfortable process let me tell you. When you start stirring up shit in your soul, it can get down right scary. Buried emotions come flooding out from nowhere. You stop and think... Where the hell did that come from? How long has that been down there. Sometimes it takes help to get out of a deep dark place, and I know this. I am still crawling out. I just know what I have learned and I know that so many other people need answers too. When you build a tribe of like minded individuals with one common goal... Great things happen. I know this to be true! So that is basically why I have started this new website, this new blog. Creating ways to share what I have learned and my mistakes as well. I love to teach and write, so that's what's in it for me. It fuels my creativity, gives me a voice and makes me feel like I have purpose.

My journey has also included our new home, our farm life, and trust me... that can be very entertaining. I hope you enjoy getting to know everyone and our little house on the hill.

I would be honored if you sign up to follow the website, follow me on Instagram, Twitter or whatever your little heart desires.
